Among these sub Apennine hills this extra virgin olive oil “La Ripe” is made using Raggiola, Rosciola, Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo olives. The olives are hand picked then pressed strictly within 24 hours from leaving the tree in the local oil mills (“frantoi”). This process creates one of the best oils in the world.
